BIOSECURITY SUPPORT SERVICES UP TO 7 JANUARY 2022

Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays the following changes to our services will be in place.

1.    Mailboxes

FacilityApprovals@mpi.govt.nz:   24 Dec - 7 Jan 2022 - Mailbox will not be monitored during this period

SeaContainer@mpi.govt.nz:         24 Dec - 5 Jan 2022 - Mailbox will not be monitored during this period

2. Phone Services: 24 Dec - 7 Jan 2022

Phones will not be manned.  External customer enquiries will be triaged by the MPI Customer Enquiry Centre. 

3. Transitional / Containment facilities and Facility Operators

Processing of applications, change requests and enquiries will close on 22 Dec 2021.  Services will resume on 10 Jan 2022.

4. Multi-Site Transitional Facilities (MTF)

Processing of applications will close on 17 Dec 2021.  Services will resume on 10 Jan 2022.

5. Accredited Persons

Processing of applications, change requests and enquiries will close on 23 Dec 2021.  Services will resume on 6 Jan 2022.

6.      AP Container Checks Portal Access requests

Processing of requests and enquiries will close on 23 Dec 2021.  Services will resume on 6 Jan 2022.

 

ALL Services will return to normal from 10 January 2022
